The meeting of the M. C. C. was called to order by President Harvey with Prayer.
The minutes from the May 12, 2012 meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. Lawson listed the items needed to complete the scheduled Audit:
Copies of the Bank Statement; Treasurers report; listing of expense
(Rent, Refreshments, Publishing etc.)
Neighborhood Patrol: Mr. Torbert reported there are 18 members signed up
and ready to participate in the Patrol. Patrols will be scheduled for the
following hours 8:15 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Additional hours will be added at a
later date.
NOF- The three homes scheduled for repairs should be finished this
summer.

When our 501 c 3 status is confirmed we could get a grant for cameras on
the street an other quality of life issues for our neighborhood.
On Saturday, June 16th Ms. Carol Lawson will meet with the group and
establish a Web Site for our Community Group.
Dues collected $35.00
We are to establish a clean-up date for Van Antwerp Park.
